A: You can only use one coupon per order. Please note that you cannot combine multiple coupons.

Q2: Why doesn't the price change even after using a coupon code?
A: Please return to the previous page, re-enter the checkout page, and re-enter the coupon code. If the problem persists, please get in touch with us via 'WhatsApp' or email.

Q3: How to use a coupon?
A: On the payment screen, enter the coupon code under 'Discount Code' (case-sensitive). Ensure it applies to your selected product/category. Expired or used codes won't work.

About Size

Q4: How to choose the right size?
A: Measure your bust accurately, check the product's size model, and choose one size up. If unsure sizes, contact us with your measurements for assistance.

Q5: Can I reorder the same size as last time?
A: Sizes may vary by style/season. Always check the latest size chart and reviews for feedback. Provide your past order number or body measurements for personalized recommendations.

Q6: What is 'Bulk Purchase' unavailable?
A: This occurs if the selected color/size is out of stock or bulk purchasing is restricted. Confirm stock availability or contact customer service via WhatsApp or email for bulk orders.

 

Account & Payment

Q1: Do I need to create an account?
A: No—guest orders are allowed. Creating a free account enables coupon access, order tracking, and saved payment/shipping details for faster checkout.

Q2: Why does my payment fail?
A: Possible issues: card restrictions, incorrect details (number/expiry/CVV), insufficient balance, or network errors. Contact your bank or switch payment methods (e.g., PayPal/COD).

Q3: I want to repurchase, but how can I find out which products I bought previously?
A: Please log into your account on HaloKim. Access 'My Account' where you can find your order numbers. By clicking any of the orders, you can view the details of that order.

Shipping & Handling Fees

Q4: Is there a fee for cash on delivery?
A: No fee for cash on delivery (COD). For credit card payments, we offer free gifts with orders—check the product page for details.

Q5: How much is the shipping cost for my order?
A: Shipping fees depend on your order total and destination. View our delivery policy or check the cost for estimated costs.

Confirmation Emails

Q6: I ordered but didn't receive the confirmation email
A: Check your spam/junk folder first. If missing, contact us via WhatsApp. For bounced mail, check names/email. All emails (support@halo-kim.com) is allowed in your email settings.

Q7: How do I track my order?
A: We'll email you a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

Q8: Where's my tracking number?
A: The tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email sent after your package is dispatched. Check your inbox/spam folder.

Q9: Why is the charged amount different from the confirmed price?
A: Minor discrepancies may occur due to exchange rate fluctuations. Contact us for clarification.

 

Exchanges & Returns

Q1: Why did my 75F bra measure 65CM underbust when I tried it on?
A: The 75F label indicates it's designed to fit 75 mode/understand of 75CM with stretch. The fabric is elastic, so the finished size slightly contracts to ensure a snug, supportive fit. Always measure your current underbust (not the product label) and compare it to our size mode for accuracy.

Q2: What should I do if the size doesn't fit?
A: Contact us at support@halokim.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll guide you on return/exchange/refund options per our Return Policy.

Q3: How do I initiate a return?
A: Email support@halo-kim.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product/package. Follow our return instructions (tag, packaging, shipping method).

Q4: Are there fees for returns or exchanges?
A: Fees depend on the situation. Review our Return Policy for details or contact us at support@halo-kim.com.

Q5: Can I return or exchange underwear if it doesn't fit?
A: For hygiene reasons, panty items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

Q7: My A75 band feels tight (Gunderbust 4/80), causing chest discomfort. What can I do?
A: Try these steps for guidance:

  • Use a band extender: Attach it to the end hook to loosen the fit slightly.
  • Measure accurately: Check your underbust (not bust) size and refer to our size chart for precise sizing.
